Creamy black bean dip


This a really simple and yummy bean dip!
Nearly no fat per serving!!


Tools and Ingredients needed
-Food processor
-Spoon
-1 can of black beans
-1 cup of salsa any variety you prefer
-1 clove of garlic
-1 teaspoon of chili powder
First drain beans then put into food processor



Blend beans in processor, if the beans are not blending easily add a tablespoon of water as needed.

Blend until creamy

Add salsa and chili powder

Remove from food processor and if desired, add more salsa

  1. it's a small two cup processor by general electric. One could use a hand mixer though. Nate hates black beans but enjoyed this :) Please leave a comment if you try the recipe, I made it up :)
